How do we identify and develop leaders in our church? How do we grow leaders fit for the task of leading church? More importantly, how do we as leaders, grow up in all the areas that ministry leadership requires?
Dave Thurston will address the topic of our leadership in 2 Bible talks from 1 Timothy 3 focusing on 3 households identified there: the household of our self, the household of the first century and the household of God, the church.
The program will also include input into our spiritual development through understanding our heart and the role of the disciplines as well as practical help in identifying and developing leaders, understanding our role as a leader in each stage of the church life cycle and some learnings about leadership from recent church history. Presenters will be Bloss Wilson, Josiah Wilson, Chris Pine, Phil Strong and Kathy Thurston.
